How to Set Up and Use ezeep Printing

ezeep by ThinPrint is the wireless printing solution at Lucid Private Offices. Print from any device using the ezeep web portal — no drivers or app installation required.

1 Scan the QR Code at the Printer


Locate the QR code posted at the printer. Scan it with your phone camera — this automatically sends an invitation email to the address associated with your Lucid membership.

2 Accept the Email Invitation


You will receive an email from ezeep on behalf of Lucid Private Offices. Click the invitation link to activate your account.

3 Create Your ezeep Account


On the account setup page:

  1. Your email address will be pre-filled
  2. Enter your First name and Last name
  3. Set a Password
  4. Click Create new account

Once set up, you can log back in anytime at app.ezeep.com.

4 View Your Printers


Once logged in you’ll land on the Printers page. Under the Lucid Private Offices organization you’ll see the printers available at your location. A blue toggle means the printer is online and ready.

5 Print a Document


Web only — Lucid uses ezeep Blue, which prints directly from your browser. No app or driver installation needed.

5a — Click "Print Now"

Click the Print Now button in the bottom-left corner of the ezeep portal (visible in the Printers screenshot above).

5b — Upload Your File

  • Drag and drop your file into the browser window, or
  • Click select files to browse for your file

Supported formats: PDF, Word documents, images, and more.

5c — Select Printer & Confirm Settings

Select the printer closest to you. Printers are named by location and area.

OrientationPortrait or Landscape
Print QualityAuto — recommended for most documents
TrayAuto Select for standard paper
Page RangesEnter specific pages if needed (e.g. 1–3)
CopiesAdjust as needed

Click Print — your document will print within a few seconds.


Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
Didn’t receive invitation emailCheck spam/junk. Ask the front desk to resend.
Printer shows offline (grey toggle)Press any button on the machine to wake it, or notify the front desk.
File won’t uploadUse PDF or a common format. Max 100MB.
Print job sent but nothing printedConfirm you selected the correct printer for your location.
