How to Share Your Screen in a Conference Room

Modified on Thu, Jun 4 at 8:14 AM

Conference rooms at Lucid Private Offices support wireless screen sharing from any device — no app download required. Choose the method that matches your device below.

The Wi-Fi network name and pairing options are shown along the bottom of the display.

Before you start — Connect your device to the Wi-Fi network shown at the bottom-left of the conference room display.

AirPlay

Mac  ·  iPhone  ·  iPad

  1. Connect to the Wi-Fi shown at the bottom-left of the conference room display.
  2. On Mac: click Control Center in the menu bar → Screen Mirroring → select the room name shown on the display.
  3. On iPhone / iPad: swipe down to open Control Center → tap Screen Mirroring → select the room name shown on the display.
  4. Your screen will appear on the display within a few seconds.

If prompted for a code, select the letter or number shown at the bottom of the conference room screen (e.g. A, B, C, 1, or 2).

Miracast

Windows PC

  1. Connect to the Wi-Fi shown at the bottom-left of the conference room display.
  2. Press Windows + K to open the Cast panel.
  3. Select the room name shown on the display.
  4. Choose Duplicate to mirror your screen or Extend to use the TV as a second monitor.

Miracast works over Wi-Fi Direct — if the display doesn’t appear, make sure your laptop’s Wi-Fi is enabled even if you’re also connected via ethernet.

Google Cast

Chrome browser  ·  Chromebook  ·  Android

  1. Connect to the Wi-Fi shown at the bottom-left of the conference room display.
  2. On Chrome browser: click the three-dot menu → Cast → select the room name. Choose Cast tab to share a single tab only.
  3. On Android: swipe down for Quick Settings → tap Cast or Screen Cast → select the room name.
  4. On Chromebook: click the system tray (bottom-right) → Cast → select the room name.

Don’t see a Cast option in Chrome? Confirm you’re on the same Wi-Fi shown on the display.

Pairing Code

Any device with a browser

Every conference room display shows a URL and pairing options (A, B, C, 1, 2) along the bottom of the screen.

  1. Connect to the Wi-Fi shown at the bottom-left of the conference room display.
  2. On your device, open a browser and go to airtame.com/go.
  3. Select the letter or number shown at the bottom of the display.
  4. Your screen will begin sharing immediately.

Works from any device — laptop, phone, or tablet — as long as you have a browser.
